About Me

Hello! My name is Anushka
and I am a writer based in India.

My reasons for starting this space is to simply write – analyse and inquire about
anything and everything, which makes me curious. With this blog,
I intend to explore a variety – of novels, films, ideas and questions
that stays with us for long after we encounter them.

As an English Literature student, I have always been a devoted reader of fiction.
However, it was only during my university days that I
understood that discussions can happen beyond classroms.
Here, I’ll analyse and reflect on books and perhaps, pen letters to characters.
I have grown particularly fond of reading classics – whether it is
Western literature, Indian literature or beyond.

I also love analysing films, exploring manga and anime,
and learning new languages and ideas.
I tend to have too many interests, thus I’ll just take the risk
of managing all of them to avoid regrets in future.
Oh, and I like baking in my free time too.

I’m a freelancer writer for hire and am open
to collaborations, commissioned essays, and writing opportunities.

I begin my journey to build this space to evolve
as a writer, thinker and scholar, while working
on my own creative writing projects.
